Singapore offers a fantastic combination of shopping, tourist attractions, dining, nightlife and special events. With a range of shopping precincts you can explore, you can also pick up something different as you stroll through the colourful ethnic quarters of Chinatown and Arab Street or discover favourite brands and electronics in the modern shopping centres.
Singaporean food reflects the very best of this multicultural island, where cuisine and flavours have influenced one another for decades - with wonderful results! Try a Singapore signature dish, new food offerings in the local hawker centres or experience fine cuisine in a variety of restaurants.
Singapore is also a city in a garden with its multitude of parks and pockets of green spaces waiting to be discovered. Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city by embarking on a walking trail in one of the parks or discover a garden of the future at the fantastic Gardens by the Bay.

Day 1: Singapore - Colonial Heritage
Tour the historic district of Singapore with its many charms. The Colonial/Civic District is a good place to start to see many of the heritage structures. Overnight at the Peninsula Excelsior Hotel.
Day 2: Singapore - Culture & Zoo
Little India and Arab District are next to each other and best viewed in the mornings. In the evening take a Night Safari at the Zoo. Overnight at the Peninsula Excelsior Hotel.
Day 3: Singapore - Chinatown and Sentosa
Visit Chinatown for food, shopping and sightseeing. After lunch head to Sentosa and spend time at Universal Studios. Overnight at the Peninsula Excelsior Hotel.
Day 4: Singapore - Shopping
Spend the day shopping along Orchard Road. When night falls, enjoy the night market and area of Bugis or just enjoy a nice cool evening at Chimes or a simple short walk around Raffles Hotel arcade and a drink at Long Bar. Overnight at the Peninsula Excelsior Hotel.
Day 5: Singapore - Sightsee
Use your credit voucher and book one of the many Tour East sightseeing tours available. Your last night in town, just relax and take in the evening breeze while enjoying local food has at its best at East Coast Seafood Centre.
Drive around the civic district past the Padang, the Cricket Club and the historic Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall. Stop at Merlion Park then continue on to the Thian Hock Keng Temple before driving past Chinatown to a local handicraft centre. Proceed to the National Orchid Garden with a display of 60,000 orchid plants. Final stop is Little India. NOTE: Admission to the National Orchid Garden is included in tour and non-refundable if not utilised.
Start at Raffles landing site before progressing to an exhibition tracing the history of the Singapore River. Next, stop at Raffles Hotel and enjoy either an afternoon tea with English/local delicacies. Board a bumboat and cruise along the historic Singapore River and then stop at Clarke Quay, a riverside festival village where you will get to visit a pewter gallery. NOTE: Drinks are not included. Dress is smart casual - shorts, sandals without socks, slippers and slip-ons not permitted.
Head north to Mandai for a visit to Singapore Zoo, haven to over 3,600 mammals, birds and reptiles including some rare and endangered species. Streams, rock walls and vegetation are used as natural barriers, creating an open-zoo effect. You will get to experience the zoo from the comfort of a tram. This tour includes a Jungle Breakfast option with special animal appearances such as those by the orang-utan, the recycling otter and the magnificent reticulated python.
Unfold the mystery and drama of the tropical jungle after dusk. See a myriad of nocturnal animals, from fierce predators to timid forest dwellers, in their natural habitat under subtle moonglow lighting. Roam the jungle in the complete safety and comfort of a tram which weaves through selected habitats designed specifically to replicate natural environment, from the Himalayan Foothills to the Southeast Asian Rainforest and Indian Subcontinent. Discover the fascinating side of Singapore’s food heritage with a classroom introduction to local hawker culture and local ingredients before whipping up popular Singapore dishes such as laksa, satay and chicken curry with help from friendly instructors. Visit 1,000 colourful lories and have a chance to feed them at the Lory Loft – the world’s largest Lory Flight Aviary. Take a ride on the Panorail for a panoramic view of the park and into a tropical world of jungle mists at the African Waterfall Aviary. Enjoy the spectacular Penguin Expedition and Birds and Buddies Show at the Pools Amphitheatre. The park comprises of three gardens: Bay South, Bay East and Bay Central. At Bay South you’ll find the futuristic-looking Supertree, vertical gardens measuring up to 16 storeys.
